Why Matrix-NDI?

At Matrix-NDI we value people. We consider our team members, customers and partners to be part of the family. Our business was built on relationships in 1985 by Charlie Eicher and Mike Ellis and while we have grown, our basic principles have not changed - to build and maintain strong relationships while helping our customers stay connected. 

While we offer IT infrastructure and cabling solutions and services nation-wide, we maintain strong involvement in the Twin Cities community.

Our team is composed of both office employees and field technicians. The internal office operations are centered around customer relations, solution design and preparation, and innovation. Our field team is composed of certified, subject matter experts who deploy and install our solutions nationwide. Our field and office employees work together hand-in-hand to provide top notch services and solutions to our customers.
