1

Assess

We start by identifying what works and where the network is failing. That includes examining existing cabling, network connections, and network hardware to identify gaps or areas for improvement. Then, we examine your organization's long-term objectives to determine how the IT infrastructure can best support those goals.

2

Design

Our team of experts, including on-staff RCDDs, plan your network architecture and make key decisions regarding local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and cloud opportunities like network as a service (NaaS). This is also when we advise you on servers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, storage solutions, power distribution units, and other hardware components. Software systems, including VoIP, CCaaS, DRaaS, and others, also come into play. Critically, we design your IT infrastructure to be scalable and flexible so it can accommodate future evolutions

3

Install

Matrix-NDI puts all the pieces together using BICSI Installer Certification pr CompTIA A+ certified installers as well as ANSI/TIA-568 standards for structured cabling. All aspects are done in full accordance with regulatory standards as plus building and safety codes.

4

Test

The job isn't finished until we verify that your IT infrastructure works. We run through a series of functional and performance diagnostic tests. These ensure the network performs to specification and as promised. The tests also prove your IT backbone is ready for your opertations.

5

Document

Matrix-NDI documents the design, hardware, configurations, and network topology. That way, your internal teams have the knowledge at hand to address future needs or ongoing maintenance.
